Job: Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator acts as the contact person between the companies and the local bonding members that organise an event. He has three major tasks:
Communicate with company representatives about past and possible future cooperation.
Motivate the local bonding members to get involved with projects and help them if questions should arise.
Keep an overview of all ongoing and upcoming projects and help the Presidents in this area.

The Events Coordinator quickly learns how to communicate with company representatives. To keep the knowledge and spread it within the organisation, the Events responsible participates on a regular basis in meetings with the Event Coordinators of all other local groups, where they exchange experiences, challenges and possibilities.
